For her stellar contributions to the industry, L+M Development Partner & Chief Operating Officer Lisa Gomez was recognized as an Honoree at the YMCA-NYC Hispanic Achievers Reception on November 29th. This event recognizes excellence in community service and corporate leadership by exceptional Hispanic individuals within the greater New York City business community. Proceeds from the event help support YMCA programming, mentoring and college access programs for Hispanic teens in underserved NYC neighborhoods and schools. Moreover, the reception serves as a platform for helping to identify, inspire, prepare, and develop our City’s next generation of Hispanic business and civic leaders.

Earlier this year Lisa was honored to receive the 2016 President’s Award from the Council of Urban Real Estate (C.U.R.E). The President’s Award is an annual award which recognizes those who have distinguished themselves through their efforts to promote diversity and empower emerging leaders in the real estate industry.
