Josue Sanchez, one of L+M’s Senior Directors, was recently recognized by News12 for National Hispanic Heritage Month. Josue currently oversees the Bronx Point project, an approximately 530,000 SF transformative mixed-use development in the South Bronx. When complete, the development will bring affordable housing, educational community and retail spaces, new open space along the Harlem River waterfront, and it will be home to the Universal Hip Hop Museum.

Josue is a native Bronxite and was inspired to pursue a career in real estate as a young adult after seeing vacant lots in his neighborhood transformed to help people and families thrive. Today his career has come full circle, and he manages a multimillion-dollar project that will see a lot in the South Bronx transform into a vibrant community hub. In his words, it is a ‘dream project.

I am proud to have Josue as part of our team leading the Bronx Point project and congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition!
